Barcelona will seduce you with its diversity, its original architecture and vibrant atmosphere. You will love discovering the unique modernist works of Gaudi, whilst strolling along the Passeig de Gracia and its numerous shops, dreaming in front of the large cruise ships that are moored in the port before going to sit at one of the many coffee terraces in the old quarters or along the Rambla.

Day 1 – BARCELONA

Arrival in Barcelona. Check-in at hotel.
Dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – BARCELONA

Breakfast at hotel.

Morning, guided panoramic tour of Barcelona: ​​the Eixample district. The Illa de la Discordia, the exterior of Casa Batlló, Passeig de Gracia, and the Casa Mila called “La Pedrera”.
Lunch “Paella” in a restaurant located in the Sagrada Familia neighborhood.
Afternoon, interior visit of the Sagrada Familia, followed by the panoramic tour of the new Barcelona in the Forum area.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

 

Day 3 – BARCELONA

Breakfast at hotel.

Morning, guided tour of the Gothic Quarter, the Ciutat Vella of Barcelona, ​​the Palau Royal (Palau Reial Major) where in 1492 the Catholic Monarchs received Christopher Columbus on his return from the Americas. Visit of the Cathedral with its beautiful choir as well as the Museum of the city which traces the origins of Barcelona, ​​its evolution and its great events through documents, engravings, paintings and ceramics. Discover the Opera, Gran Theater del Liceu (outdoor) and the huge market of the Boqueria.
Lunchtime at the restaurant near the Ramblas and Paseig de Gracia.
Free afternoon for personal discovery of the city.
Evening, meeting with a local choir: concert and friendship drink – with assistance in English.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

 

Day 4 – BARCELONA – MONTSERRAT

Breakfast at hotel.

Morning, departure for Montserrat, the main religious and cultural center of Catalonia. Visit of the Monastery, a Benedictine retreat, perched on the mountain in an absolutely spectacular setting. Possibility of attending Holy Mass every day at 11:00 and singing at Our Lady of Montserrat.
Lunch at restaurant.
In the afternoon, return to Barcelona and visit the Parc Guell.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

 

Day 5 – BARCELONA

Breakfast at hotel.

Morning, guided visit the Ribera district, visit the Picasso Museum, the Church of Santa Maria Del Mar and the Palais de la Musique.
Lunch at restaurant.
Afternoon, one-hour concert in a church in Barcelona – with assistance in English.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

 

Day 6 – BARCELONA – Back home

Breakfast at hotel.
