Performances take place from Friday to Sunday, from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm in the main reception room of the Town Hall which will be alotted exclusively for festival use .
The duration of your performance is limited to 30 minutes maximum including stage entry and exit. A piano is available for all choirs on stage.
Choirs can not use electric instruments during their concert at the Town Hall. The use of other musical instruments is not permitted, except acoustic guitar, flute, tambourine or similar but these items must be approved by the Cultural Department of the City of Vienna.
Since the concerts are part of a concert cycle (from 15:30 to 19:00) without interruption, there is no time alotted for electrical installation, transport of musical instruments or sound-checks between the services. The organizers will be VERY STRICT about this.
The song choice is free but must be integrated into the theme of the Advent period (not Christmas). The audiences are also very fond of traditional songs coming from your region or country.
NOTE: A COACH is necessary for all your group travel.
This is a standard program and can be subject to modification by the organizer.
